Brainova (brainova.club) respects the intellectual
property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance

promptly to claims of copyright infringement on our website (the "Site").
Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that
constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Designated Copyright
Agent with the following information:

infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, and where it
is located on the Site.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice
is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the
copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been mistakenly removed or disabled, you
may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared
before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief
that the material was removed or disabled due to an error or
misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and
email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in
your district (or any district where Brainova can be found, if outside the
U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who provided the
original DMCA notification or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In compliance with the DMCA and applicable law, Brainova maintains a policy to
terminate, under appropriate circumstances, users who are considered repeat
infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or
terminate accounts of users who infringe others' intellectual property rights,
even in the absence of repeated infringement.
Modifications to Policy
Brainova reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
